Prams at the ready for this year's race

TEAMS are gearing up for this year's Wetherby Lions Pram Race which takes place this Sunday.
The prams and pushers will parade from the Wilderness car park to the Masonic Hall at 11am for the start of the race.

The route crosses the River Wharfe near the bridge before ending in the Market Place where there will be a country fair with stalls, entertainment and music.

Wetherby’s Town Person of the Year will be annouced. Sponsorship from the teams will raise money for Candlelighters. For more information, go to www.pramrace.org.
