OVER £2,500 was raised at the Deighton Gates Summer Fair held recently.
The Parents and Teachers Association organised many stalls including crockery smash, books, cakes, lawn mower racing and goal shooting.
Children also enjoyed a bouncy castle, throwing wet sponges at the teachers and dancing from the Lisa Marie School of Dancing. The children from Year Five also organised their own raffle to raise money for new non-fiction books.
