HARROGATE Railway couldn't build on their success over Leigh last Saturday, slipping to a 2-0 defeat at high-flying Colwyn Bay.
Phil Sharpe's troops held their illustrious hosts to nil-nil at half-time, as the visitors' defence worked hard to keep Colwyn out.

But Danny Sheridan and on-loan sub from Crewe Alex Tichener both found the net in the last 15 minutes to clinch the win for Colwyn, who remain second in the UniBond First Division North.

Meanwhile, in the Blue Square North, Harrogate Town saw their game at Hyde United postponed due to a frozen pitch.
