Emergency services are currently at the scene of a house fire in North Cowton.

North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service reported the incident to police at 2.10pm today, Friday.

The B1263 at North Cowton is closed and is expected to remain closed for several hours while emergency services work at the scene.
