Civic Society set date for their spring fayre

THE Knaresborough Civic Society Spring Fayre will take place on Saturday, May 24, in Gracious Street Methodist Church Hall, from 9.30am.
Home-made scones with fresh cream and strawberries will be available.

On sale will be good quality bric a brac, choice garden plants, including hosta, tradescantia, Martagan lilies, agapanthus and many more.

There will also be book, children’s toys and cake stalls and valuable prizes can be won on the tombola.

All proceeds from the tombola will be donated to the Blind Jack Statue Appeal Fund.
