A LOCAl Brownie group have been trying their hand at turning rubbish into unusual fashion accessories.
THE 2nd Knaresborough Brownies entered a National Trust competition to make fashion out of junk.

Working in their Sixes, they used a variety of recycled items including bubble wrap, cereal boxes, crisp packets, scrap material, bottle tops and CDs to create complete outfits. They even managed to create some accessories including flip-flops, jewellery, make-up cases and some inspirational hand-bags!

As a finale, the Sixes showed their creations to the Brownie pack with a catwalk and photographs.

For any enquiries about your daughter joining 2nd Knaresborough Brownies, please call Rachel Broady on 01423 865396.
