New HQ in Harrogate allows care at home company to offer services to more people in Yorkshire

After serving the communities of Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon and Pateley Bridge for the past 5 years Radfield has moved into its new premises in the centre of Harrogate so they can reach even more people and offer an even wider range of services designed to keep people in their own homes.

Matthew Nutting, Owner/Director he said: “We are all very excited for this new phase of our journey and mission to deliver exceptional home care services to the people of Harrogate and surrounding areas. We are committed to becoming the home care provider of choice for the area and our new premises gives us the opportunity to do this.

“Not only can we offer home care services but we can also now offer Day Centre services each week. Clients can spend the day with us, play games and participate in tailor-made activities in the safety and security of our Day Centre.”

Live-in care

Radfield has also developed a new service to help even more people in their own homes, letting them live well for longer.

Matthew added: “We are also proud to announce that we now offer Live-in Care services and with this new service we can provide consistent care options to people in their own homes.”

Radfield’s new premises has a day centre on the ground floor, an office suite on the 1st floor and a training suite on the top floor. The Radfield ethos is to have an open-door policy for all clients, staff and the general public.

When asked about his approach to serving the community Matthew said: “We want people to know that they can come to us at any time whenever they might need us. The door will always be open and the kettle will always be on.”
